Descrição da vaga



  • Customer Service/Order management functions

  • Company Service delivery, product and service implementations

  • Project management, and coordination with multiple parties during the full life cycle of projects

  • Serve as single point of contact for customers, sales team and sub venders on service delivering issues to ensure timely delivery

  • Dynamically plan projects to meet RFS (Request for Service) dates

  • Maintain and provide regular status reports on multiple projects

  • Organize project kickoffs and coordinate meetings / conferences

  • Keep customers and Sales team informed of project updates

  • Develop test and service acceptance criteria

  • Work with CT Headquarters, CT Provincial PTTs for provisioning processes and updates

  • Work with all sub vendors to ensure timely service deliveries

  • Utilize existing IT platform (BOSS, CRM, BSS etc.)


Perfil



  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin is a MUST. (Will be tested)

  • Intermediate Portuguese and English (will be tested)

  • Bachelor's degree in related technical or business field

  • Experience in project management in a telecommunications, Internet or other high technology industry

  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency with various analytical, database, and presentation software to include, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to build activities and schedules to accommodate geographically dispersed teams, with different time zones, different languages, and different culture background

  • Knowledge and experience on private circuits (PLC, EPL etc.); General IP products and services, such as IP Access, MPLS, VPN and IT Security for Enterprise a plus

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in written responses to emails, submitting reports. Etc.
