Our client is a multinational company in great expansion in Brazil.
The role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the main responsibilities will be:
- Prospect new customers, through sales calls to big companies from several segments to show the company, performing lectures, technical presentations, product demonstrations, try outs, aiming the promotion of the company, product presentations and closing deals;
- Negotiate and promote the selling of major complexity and supply contracts, evaluating the needs of the customers by indicating the solution based on the best cost x benefit rate, following the company policies;
- To be up to date about new techniques, products and equipments, technological development, innovations in the electric-electronic market, by attending special events, technical visits, trainings or other activities;
- To be up to date with the market behavior, identifying needs and opportunities, new niches aiming the promotion of the company and promoting the selling of the products focusing on reaching the sales targets.
- Develop action plans for supporting and developing specific markets, by analyzing of the market aiming the growth of the business;
- Provide post-sale support to the customers by phone, fax, e-mail or personally, mitigating technical doubts and/or providing information about the situation of contracts and orders as well as seeking for solutions for possible discrepancies.
Profile
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or Business Administration;
- Deep knowledge of the most complex products, sales and negotiation techniques, customer support, marketing overview and computer skills;
- Experience working with manufacturers is desired;
- Experience in consultative selling;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Dynamism, creativity, easy going, market and business view, good oral communication, assertivity, interpersonal relationship;
- Advanced English.
